Do you bill per studio, per event, or per user?

Billing is per workspace, not per event. A Pro Studio subscription gives you unlimited studios, unlimited events, and up to ten team members under one invoice. Broadcast removes the team-size cap.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current cycle. Yearly plans lock in the twenty percent discount for twelve months with no auto-renewal trap: you get a reminder before renewal and can cancel anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card via Stripe covers ninety percent of customers. For Broadcast and agencies we also accept SEPA bank transfer and wire transfer against a proper B2B invoice.

Is there a free trial?

Creator is free forever with the full timer engine. If you want to test Pro Studio features on a real event, contact us and we will open a two-week trial on your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page in one click. Your studio data stays accessible for thirty days in case you change your mind, and you can export the full workspace at any moment.

Question 6

Do prices include tax or VAT?

Prices are shown tax-excluded. VAT and local sales tax are added at checkout based on your billing country. B2B customers in the EU with a valid VAT number pay zero VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.

Can I get a custom invoice in EUR or a specific format?

Yes. Contact sales and we will issue a proper B2B invoice in EUR, USD, or GBP with your company details, purchase order reference, and any format your accounting team needs.

Do you offer on-premise or SSO for Broadcast?

Broadcast includes SSO via SAML and OIDC. On-premise and private-cloud deployments are available on request for broadcasters and state media with specific data residency requirements.
