How much does Timers Studio cost?
Every new account starts with a free 7-day trial of every Professional feature. After the trial, two plans are available: Professional costs $24 per month, unlocks unlimited studios, custom designer themes, native Stream Deck and Bitfocus Companion integrations, REST API access, and priority email support. Enterprise starts at $80 per month and adds SSO, team seats, custom SLA, invoicing on purchase order, and dedicated live-event support.
Free Trial
The 7-day free trial is the full product, not a feature-limited teaser. You get the core timer engine, the rundown agenda player, the moderator dashboard, unlimited studios, and every Professional integration, unlocked from the moment you create your account.
The trial is ideal for solo creators evaluating the platform, a student association preparing a weekly show, or a speaker rehearsing at home before a keynote. No credit card is required to start.
Price: $0 for 7 days, then pick a plan to continue.
Professional
Professional is the plan for event producers, show callers, and agencies that run live shows on a regular cadence. You unlock unlimited studios so each client event keeps its own rundown and theme, custom designer themes that match your brand or the broadcast style guide, and full access to every integration including the 53-endpoint REST API with Bearer token auth.
Support on Professional is priority email with a target response under four business hours. Monthly billing means you can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel at any time with no commitment. Every new account already includes a 7-day Professional trial, so teams can evaluate on a real event before paying.
Price: $24 per month per account. USD billing, monthly cycle.
Enterprise
Enterprise is built for broadcast teams, production companies, and large venues that run live events at scale. The plan adds single sign-on (SAML, Okta, Azure AD), team seats with role-based access, custom SLA on uptime and live-event response, procurement-friendly invoicing with purchase orders, and dedicated onboarding with a named contact.
Enterprise customers can request multi-year agreements, volume pricing, regional data residency, and white-label deployments. A dedicated support Slack channel is available on request for in-show incident response.
Price: from $80 per month. Contact the sales team for a custom quote based on team size, volume of events, and SLA requirements.
Which plan should you pick?
Start with the free 7-day trial to test the platform on a real event before committing. Pick Professional if you run regular lives, need custom themes, or plan to call the REST API from your own tooling. Pick Enterprise if you need SSO, multiple seats, invoicing on purchase order, or a signed SLA for broadcast-critical operations.
You can upgrade at any time during or after the trial without losing data, studios, or history. Downgrades are also supported.
