TIMERS STUDIO
MASTER YOUR FLOW

The timer studio for live events and broadcast.

Pro timer platform for event producers, TV studios, agencies and broadcast teams. From keynotes to live shows, your rundown stays on time.

What is Timers Studio?

Timers Studio is a professional timer platform engineered for live production environments. It replaces the fragile chain of separate countdown apps, browser tabs, and stopwatches that most shows still rely on with a single synchronized source of truth. A show caller triggers a cue once and every connected surface (stage confidence monitor, speaker tablet, broadcast truck overlay, audience timer) updates in the same frame.

The platform ships with six timer formats (countdown, count-up, wall clock, stopwatch, duration, time-of-day), a structured rundown agenda, a moderator dashboard for live flash messages, custom designer themes, and a stage architect view for planning the physical setup of multi-surface events. Everything is accessible from a web browser and mirrored natively on Elgato Stream Deck hardware through WebHID.

Timer Studio was designed with live production teams in mind.

Every feature comes from the reality of live production, events and broadcast. Here are the four worlds where Timers Studio is used daily.

Events and conferences

Event organizers, corporate conferences, trade shows, MICE agencies. Keep every speaker on time without stressing the show caller.

TV studios

TV sets, live shows, news bulletins. Same time on the confidence monitor, the control room and the Stream Deck, to the millisecond.

Production agencies

Audiovisual production companies, video agencies, corporate shoots. One tool for the whole crew, no install, no VPN, no licensing headaches.

Live broadcast

Broadcast teams, live streaming, multi camera productions. Native Bitfocus Companion and Stream Deck integrations already in your workflow.

Streamers, YouTubers and podcasters are welcome too. Same tool, same simplicity, no sign up required to try it out.

How does Timers Studio work?

You create a studio, build a rundown with segments and cues, and open a player URL on each target surface. The show caller drives the rundown from a web control panel or from Stream Deck buttons mapped through Bitfocus Companion. Every state change (start, pause, jump to cue, flash message, theme switch) propagates over WebSockets in under 80 milliseconds.

Authentication uses Supabase managed auth with email, Google, and SSO for Enterprise. State is persisted so a reconnecting browser rejoins mid-show with the exact timer frame. The public player and moderator URLs are ephemeral and scoped to one event, which means customer events stay private without manual access controls.

Integrations

Timers Studio connects natively to Elgato Stream Deck via WebHID (MK.2, XL, Plus, Neo, Pedal), Bitfocus Companion with 30+ actions and 15 feedbacks, vMix through real-time data binding, OBS Studio as an overlay source, n8n and Make.com for workflow automation, and any HTTP client through a 53-endpoint REST API with Bearer token auth and an OpenAPI 3.1 spec.

Pricing overview

Three plans designed for production teams of every size: Starter is free forever with one studio and a monthly live-events cap, Professional at $24 per month unlocks unlimited studios, custom themes, full integrations, and REST API access, and Enterprise from $80 per month adds SSO, team seats, custom SLA, and dedicated onboarding.

Why teams choose Timers Studio

Teams switch from StageTimer, CuePilot, or custom-built OBS overlays when they need multi-surface sync without the latency, themes that match their brand, and an API that integrates with the automation stack they already own. The platform is built by broadcast engineers for broadcast engineers, which shows in the sub-frame sync, the Stream Deck first-class support, and the documentation that assumes you know what a rundown is.
